Academic Calendar First Semester, Academic Year 2022/2023
The study periods and the administrative activities in support of them extend to the entire academic year. One Academic Year is divided into two semesters, first (1st) and second (2nd) semesters. Additionally, an intermediary semester may take place between them as necessary.
In the execution of the teaching-learning and the administrative activities, an ordered schedule needs to be established to ensure that the targets are achieved in a timely and efficient manner. For this purpose, Universitas Mercu Buana has issued an Academic Calendar as a reference for students, academic and administrative staff. This academic calendar applies to all degree programs (Diploma, Bachelor, Master, and Doctoral) for the First Semester of the 2022/2023 Academic Year.

Changes in the e-Learning Lecture Schedule for Face-to-face Virtual Classes
Based on the Chancellor's Decree number: 01/107/B-Skep/I/2022 regarding the implementation of e-Learning lectures, it is mandatory for e-Learning course supervisors to hold virtual face-to-face meetings three times (meetings 1, 7, 15) and two times. twelve times online lectures through the e-Learning platform (umb-elearning.mercubuana.ac.id).
In connection with this and in connection with a national holiday that falls on the first week of lectures for the even semester 2021-2022, we hereby convey
changes to the virtual face-to-face class schedule for e-Learning lectures as follows:

With the end of the first semester of the 2021/2022 Academic Year, every student who has registered as an active student for the Second semester of the 2021/2022 Academic Year will have to submit her Online Course Registration. Please find below the detailed announcement of the Online Course Registration procedure:

Taking into account the developments in the conditions of the Covid-19 Pandemic that have not subsided, he was conveyed to
all prospective graduates / graduates who have registered for graduation for the February 2021 period, that the graduation will be implemented on-line.

Announcement of November 2020 Graduation Participant Refunds
Kepada peserta wisuda periode 01 Juli 2020 (pelaksanaan wisuda menjadi November 2020), kami informasikan untuk biaya refund sebesar Rp. 750.000,- silakan mengisi data pada link yang tersedia https://forms.gle/yoNses2KcRTNdb7YA
Diharapkan mengikuti ketentuan syarat di bawah ini :
- Input nomor rekening dengan benar dan pastikan rekening yang diinput masih aktif.
- Pastikan nama pemilik sesuai dengan nama di buku tabungan karena jika beda ejaan atau salah huruf akan ada penolakan dari pihak bank.
- Diharapkan menggunakan rekening pribadi, jika tidak menggunakan rekening pribadi maka proses refund akan memakan waktu lama. Namun bila menggunakan rekening atas nama orang lain untuk biaya refund, mohon dilampirkan Surat Kuasa bermaterai 6000, foto copy KTP anda dan foto copy KTP pemilik rekening, jika persyaratan tidak lengkap, maka tidak dapat kami proses.
Pihak kami tidak bertanggung jawab bila terjadi kesalahan input atau terdapat nomor rekening yang tidak aktif.
Batas akhir pengisian formulir sampai dengan 31 Oktober 2020. Bagi peserta wisuda yang telah menerima refund diharapkan tidak mengisi formulir kembali.
